Our Services
Forestry
Your timber is a long game. From management plans to conservation-focused timber sales and disaster loss reporting, our foresters help you manage your woods as both a natural resource and a long-term investment.

What Our Foresters Do
Well-managed woods are worth more
Healthy, well-managed timber pays you back twice: in the long-term value of the stand and in the funding available for managing it well. Timber stand improvement, reforestation, and forest health practices are all fundable conservation work. Our conservation foresters build management plans around your timber, your timeline, and your goals, whether that's income, habitat, recreation, or all three. And because forestry sits inside everything else we do, your forest plan connects straight to funding and implementation.
WHO IT'S FOR
If you own or manage land, this is for you.
- Timberland owners and family forest landowners
- Landowners with mixed timber and farmland
- Recreational and hunting property owners
- Families inheriting or transitioning woodland
- Anyone planning a harvest in the next decade
So how does this work?
Initial Consultation
We talk through your goals, your property's history, and your priorities.
Field Assessment
Our forestry team conducts site visits, mapping, and data collection on your ground.
Analysis & Planning
We develop your customized plan, valuation, or report.
Funding, Markets & Implementation
We connect your forestry work to conservation programs and market opportunities, then support the work itself.
Forestry decisions last decades. Our foresters plan for the stand you'll have for decades ahead.
What funded work looks like
Forestry, Covered
From seedling to harvest
Wherever your woods are in their cycle, there's work worth doing and often funding to help do it.
Forest Management Plans
Customized, NRCS-compliant plans that guide your property's future and unlock funding.
Timber Inventory & Appraisal
Market-ready inventory and appraisals so you know exactly what's growing on your land and what it's worth.
Conservation Timber Sales
Transparent, conservation-focused sales that balance income, forest health, and future productivity.
Timber Damage & Loss Reports
If disaster strikes, accurate reports that document your loss and protect your assets.
The question isn't if your property qualifies for funding. It's what programs your property qualifies for.
